Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in Pune District is seeking a senior vehicle validation professional to lead a team of Supervisors and drive durability and performance validation activities.

You will plan, execute and witness testing across internal and external facilities, generate comprehensive reports, and work with design engineers to advance development tests. The role emphasizes process improvements aligned with global standards (ISO/TS, QS, OHSAS, 5S) and involves data management, DFMEA/DVP

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience required.
• B.E / B. Tech Electrical degree required.
• Experience in validation and testing of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors.
• Validate durability and performance of vehicles.
• Plan and test vehicles as per project plan.
• Simulate customer end failure and field failure in testing.
• Witness testing at outside agencies / suppliers.
• Generate reports and give feedback.
• Record and maintain test data.
• Interact with design engineers and plan necessary development and validation tests.
• Incorporate process improvements based on national / international standards and practices (ISO/TS, QS, OHSAS, 5S).
• Measure wear and tear components life and establish useful life of components.
• Prepare / verify DVP / DFMEA / Test reports as per project requirements.
• Create / manage test data / test procedures / SOPs.
• Lead team to meet targets and manage budgets for projects.

• Measure wear & tear components life & establish useful life of various components
• Prepare / verify DVP / DFMEA / Test reports as per project requirements
• Creat / manage test data / test procedures / SOP
• Team management to meet desired results & targets
• Budget preparations for projects
