Job summary

Capco in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to drive end-to-end test automation initiatives in a fast-paced financial services context.

You will design and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright and Python, work in Agile/Scrum teams, and test Salesforce-based solutions for banking clients.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management are essential, with Salesforce certifications considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on with Playwright and Python for test automation.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of Functional and Non-Functional testing.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Salesforce applications and testing Salesforce-based solutions.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Certification is an added advantage.
