Job Title: Salesforce Automation Tester (Playwright / Selenium)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation Tester with strong expertise in Playwright or Selenium and solid banking domain experience to join our QA team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications used in banking operations, including customer onboarding, loan processing, and service workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications using Playwright or Selenium.
• Perform end-to-end testing of banking workflows such as KYC, account opening, loan origination, case management, and customer service processes.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable utilities.
• Execute regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing.
• Validate integrations with core banking systems and third-party services.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand banking requirements.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and support defect triage.
• Ensure compliance with banking quality and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in test automation, with significant exposure to Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning components.
• Strong experience in banking domain processes such as retail banking, lending, payments, or CRM for banks.
• Experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Mocha, or Jest.
• Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or automation tools.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with nCino, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), or Vlocity (Industries).
• Exposure to data-driven and BDD frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL and test data management.
• Salesforce or ISTQB certifications.
