Job summary

Apollo Inffratech is seeking an Automation Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to develop PLC programs, troubleshoot automated systems, and support site commissioning at Rajpur, Mehsana district, Gujarat.

The candidate should have a Diploma or BE in Mechanical engineering, be proficient with Siemens PLC and HMI tools, and be willing to travel to sites for commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications

• Creating PLC programs based on project requirements.
• Proficient with Siemens PLC and HMI software: SIMATIC Manager, WinCC Flexible, TIA Portal.
• Troubleshooting and testing PLC-based systems.
• Maintaining and upgrading PLC software and hardware.
• Integrating PLC systems with other automated systems.
• Documenting PLC programming and configuration details.
• Keep up with the latest developments in PLC technology.
• Able to independently develop and test machine PLC and HMI software.
• Knowledge of control panels including components list, loop drawings, cable schedules.
• Resolve technical issues related to electrical and automation of machines.
• Knowledge of field instruments & controls for better understanding.
• Ready to go to site for commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Travelling should not be a concern.

• CREATING PLC PROGRAMS BASED ON PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
• MUST KNOW SIEMENS PLC AND HMI SOFTWARE LIKE SEMATIC MANAGER, WINCC FLEXIBLE, TIA PORTAL V12/V13/V14/V15 ETC.
• TROUBLESHOOTING AND TESTING PLC-BASED SYSTEMS.
• MAINTAINING AND UPGRADING PLC SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE.
• INTEGRATING PLC SYSTEMS WITH OTHER AUTOMATED SYSTEMS.
