Ericsson in India is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves 24x7 monitoring, fault detection, and incident management to ensure high availability of network infrastructure.

You will own day-to-day NOC operations, coordinate with field teams and vendors, and prepare incident reports while maintaining SLAs and KPIs across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.

Formación

• Must have an engineering degree in EC/IT/CS.
• Solid understanding of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Experience with network monitoring and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor network, servers, and applications using NMS/EMS tools
• Good understanding of RAN and Packet Core nodes.
• Own day-to-day NOC operational performance and ensure smooth network operations
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve network alarms and incidents
• Raise, update, and manage trouble tickets with internal teams and vendors
• Escalate incidents as per defined escalation matrix
• Coordinate with field teams, OEMs, and service providers
• Track SLA/KPI compliance and ensure timely resolution
• Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance
• Prepare incident reports, RCA inputs, and shift handover notes
• Support change activities and maintenance windows

About this opportunity

What you will do

• Monitor network, servers, and applications using NMS/EMS tools

The skills you bring
