Job summary

Oxygenonline in India is seeking an Inventory Auditor to conduct regular stock counts and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. You will prepare audit reports and coordinate with teams to resolve inventory issues.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing or stock control, with knowledge of management systems preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.

Job description

Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.Compare physical inventory with system records and investigate variances.Identify causes of stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages.Review inventory movement, stock aging, and valuation.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.Coordinate with warehouse, stores, and finance teams to resolve issues.Monitor stock handling, storage, and documentation practices.Support internal and external audit requirements when needed.Assist in improving inventory control systems and processes.
