Job summary

KatalAiser in Mumbai seeks a Senior Revenue Assurance professional to manage end-to-end revenue assurance, prevent leakage, and ensure accuracy across billing and transactions.

You will analyze reconciliations, prepare MIS, and drive process improvements with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. 6+ years in Revenue Assurance and a B.Com or CMA are required, with strong Excel skills and BFSI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Com or CMA qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance or related function.
• BFSI experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting, and transaction flows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with MIS/reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Assurance activities and ensure revenue accuracy.
• Identify and prevent revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and financial losses.
• Perform regular revenue reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Monitor transactions, billing processes, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and strengthen revenue controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams for resolution.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports on revenue performance and leakage.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits related to revenue and financial controls.
• Drive automation and process improvements to improve revenue accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations.
