Role Overview

We are seeking an Audience Growth Manager with strong experience in scaling large-scale content websites . The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving both organic and paid traffic beyond the 2M monthly users mark, while enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and audience retention across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive audience growth strategies to scale traffic across website, app, and social platforms.
• Manage and optimize growth for high-traffic content websites (2M+ monthly users).
• Build integrated organic and paid marketing funnels to expand user reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to boost search visibility , CTR , and page performance .
• Plan and implement paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.) targeting high ROI and quality audience.
• Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and retention data to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive social media growth strategies across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — focusing on engagement and follower expansion.
• Identify and replicate successful campaigns and content formats that have driven performance improvements in the past 6 months.
• Work closely with editorial and analytics teams to forecast, measure, and optimize audience growth goals.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in audience growth, digital marketing, or growth strategy for large-scale content/media websites.
• Proven ability to manage websites with 2M+ monthly traffic.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid acquisition, and organic audience development.
• Experience in running data-driven social media and paid marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb , and major ad platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the media, fintech, or crypto industry will be a strong advantage.
