Job summary

Unity Small Finance Bank is seeking a Growth & Social Media Strategist to lead growth initiatives across acquisition and activation, while building scalable social media strategies that drive measurable results. The role focuses on optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with product, design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives, manage influencer partnerships, and report on performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid, affiliate, organic, social, and SEO.
• Proven ability to scale social media accounts and drive measurable growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content planning, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation
• Identify growth opportunities and growth cycles
• Build hypothesis on how to grow Roar bank and boost client base, reach
• Identify and optimize growth channels primarily affiliates
• Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates,
• Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance to generate actionable insights
• Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives
• Collaborate and partners to expand reach (including influencers, creators and other marketing vendors)

Social Media Strategy

• Create and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee creation of engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns
• Monitor social trends and leverage them for brand growth and virality
• Manage community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand reach
• To be able to develop the clear briefs for design and copywriters

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report performance across growth and social channels
• Translate data into insights and actionable strategies for stakeholders
