Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring ATM Operations Executives to support Electronic Journal (EJ) and Image Verification activities for ATM Managed Services.

The role involves reviewing ATM transaction logs, verifying transaction images, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution with high accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include verifying EJ records, reviewing images for disputed transactions, comparing logs with images, investigating cash withdrawal

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years experience in ATM Ops or related fields preferred.
• Freshers with good analytical skills welcome.
• Basic knowledge of ATM transactions and banking operations is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify ATM transaction records using Electronic Journals (EJ).
• Review and validate ATM transaction images for disputed transactions.
• Compare transaction logs with ATM images to identify mismatches.
• Investigate cash withdrawal, cash dispense, and transaction failure cases.
• Maintain accurate records of verification and case updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of ATM-related discrepancies.
• Ensure all cases are processed within defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Update CRM/Operations tools with investigation findings and status.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the respective support teams.
• Adhere to operational procedures, compliance requirements, and information security guidelines.

Investigate cash withdrawal, cash dispense, and transaction failure cases.

Maintain accurate records of transaction verification and case updates.

Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of ATM-related discrepancies.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in ATM Operations, Banking Operations, Back Office, BPO, or Financial Services is preferred.

Freshers with good analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of ATM transactions and banking operations is an added advantage.

Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze transaction records.
