Job summary

Dastur is seeking a Contract/Commercial Specialist to prepare the commercial part of tenders for EPC projects in metal, mining, power, chemical and oil & gas sectors. You will coordinate NIT, General Conditions, draft contracts, price formats, and tender documentation.

You will evaluate bidder offers, prepare tender evaluation reports, draft contract documents and work orders, issue contractual responses, manage claims, and drive contract closure with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Must have handled Govt/PSU tender and contracts especially for Industrial/Manufacturing Plant.
• Proficient in English
• Well versed with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Ability to interpret Project Schedule
• Basic understanding of indirect taxation
