HR & Admin

Asst. Manager/Manager

8 to 10 Years

Any Bachelors or Masters degree

As the HR & Admin Manager for a growing repackaged food export business,

you will own end-to-end people management and facility administration. You will drive workforce planning,

regulatory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and operational admin to

ensure smooth plant and office operations. Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.

Hands-on experience with HRMS software and Excel-based HR analytics.

Balanced approach: Empathetic people person with firm operational and compliance discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Strong leadership capabilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, google suite and ERP systems.

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

Oversee recruitment for both office (Exports, Sales, Accounts, Purchase) and factory/plant roles (Quality

Control, Logistics, Warehouse, Skilled Labor).

Onboard new hires with structured induction programs and clear role expectations.

Maintain complete employee records, attendance, and leave management systems

2. Performance Management & Compensation

Manage annual/bi-annual performance review processes using KRA/KPI and 3 Ps frameworks.

Align performance scores with annual appraisal increments and variable bonus structures.

Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance integration, OT allowances, and statutory deductions.

3. Statutory & Compliance Management

Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Factory Act regulations.

Support international trade and food safety audit requirements (FSSAI, ISO, BRC, trade compliance) from an

HR hygiene and worker safety standpoint.

Handle workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor-related matters.

4. Administration & Facility Operations

Oversee office and plant general administration, security, housekeeping, and vendor management.

Manage corporate travel arrangements, export documentation dispatch admin, and office supplies.

Oversee facility maintenance, utility management, and employee health/safety standards.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

Drive engagement surveys, team-building activities, and workplace wellness initiatives.

Address work-life balance feedback, shift schedules, and employee welfare programs (e.g., Mediclaim,

concessions).
