Job summary

Danfoss India is seeking a Field Service Engineer to be the technical backbone for our High Pressure Pump products within India. You will provide expert technical and application support to internal teams, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and service partners.

Role includes on-site service visits, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs to ensure optimal performance. You will train customers and collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Quality teams to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 5 years of field service/technical support experience.
• Experience with high-pressure pump systems and related applications.
• Strong diagnostic and hands-on aptitude in mechanical/electrical domains.
• Excellent communication and customer relations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (50%).

• Experience with high-pressure pump systems and related applications.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to travel internationally (50% of the time) and professional fluency in English.
