Salary & Benefits
  • Fixed Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 per month (Based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance).
  • Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to 15,000 per month, based on achievement of approved business, manpower sourcing, deployment, and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education -: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Field Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Manpower Sourcing, Staffing, Vendor Management, Channel Sales, Territory Management, or Workforce Deployment.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing field teams, setting performance targets, monitoring productivity, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong exposure to business development, revenue generation, client acquisition, market expansion, or territory development with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large-scale manpower sourcing and deployment for project-based or multi-location operations.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must be willing to undertake extensive field travel across cities, districts, and states based on business and project requirements.
  • Comfortable travelling frequently for vendor development, manpower sourcing, market mapping, business meetings, recruitment drives, and project coordination.
  • Willing to travel continuously across assigned territories and stay at outstation locations whenever required.
  • Capable of independently planning and executing field visits while achieving assigned business, sourcing, and deployment targets.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Field Sourcing / Field Sourcing Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing large-scale manpower sourcing operations from the corporate office to support the workforce requirements of BACS ENERGY PVT. LTD.'s projects across North, East, West, and other regions of India. The role involves leading and supervising a dedicated Field Sourcing team, developing region-wise sourcing strategies, and ensuring the timely availability of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.

The position requires building and maintaining a strong network of manpower vendors, labour contractors, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, ITIs, skill development centres, training partners, and other sourcing channels to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. The incumbent will be responsible for vendor identification, empanelment, relationship management, performance monitoring, and optimizing multiple sourcing channels to achieve manpower deployment targets within the committed timelines.

Working closely with Project Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Business teams, the Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager will oversee end-to-end manpower sourcing activities, including workforce planning, demand forecasting, sourcing strategy, vendor coordination, candidate pipeline management, team performance monitoring, recruitment support, and deployment planning. The role is accountable for achieving project-wise manpower fulfilment targets, improving sourcing efficiency, expanding the Company's manpower network across India, and ensuring uninterrupted workforce availability for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Community Mobilization
  • Visit villages, Panchayats, schools, colleges, ITIs, Polytechnics, coaching institutes, and community centres.
  • Identify, motivate, and mobilize unemployed youth for skill development and technical training programs.
  • Conduct village meetings, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Build long-term relationships with village leaders, Gram Panchayats, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), educational institutions, and local influencers.
  • Maintain a strong network within assigned territories.
Training & Corporate Facilitation
  • Conduct classroom and field-based group training sessions.
  • Deliver motivational sessions, career counselling, and employability workshops.
  • Organize candidate registration drives and orientation programs.
  • Coordinate with trainers and training centres for smooth program execution.
  • Monitor trainee attendance, participation, discipline, and performance.
  • Ensure quality delivery of training as per project guidelines.
Field Sourcing & Candidate Mobilization
  • Conduct extensive field visits across villages, towns, semi-urban areas, industrial zones, and rural communities to identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development, apprenticeship, livelihood, and employment programs.
  • Generate a continuous pipeline of quality candidates through direct community engagement and local networking.
  • Ensure adequate candidate availability to meet project-wise manpower requirements within specified timelines.
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Gram Panchayats, Sarpanchs, Ward Members, Village Secretaries, local influencers, youth leaders, community organizations, and social workers.
  • Develop long-term community networks to strengthen the organization's sourcing capabilities and employer brand.
  • Conduct regular meetings with local stakeholders to create awareness regarding employment and training opportunities.
Educational Institution Engagement
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Government and Private ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Degree Colleges, Schools, Universities, Industrial Training Centres, Coaching Institutes, and Vocational Training Centres.
  • Coordinate with placement officers, principals, faculty members, and training coordinators for campus recruitment and placement drives.
  • Organize career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and placement-oriented awareness programs.
Government & Skill Development Coordination
  • Liaise with Skill Development Missions, Livelihood Missions, Employment Exchanges, District Skill Committees, Government Training Centres, and other public institutions involved in employment generation.
  • Coordinate with government officials and authorized agencies for candidate mobilization, awareness campaigns, and placement activities.
  • Support implementation of government-funded skill development and livelihood initiatives.
Contractor & Labour Network Development
  • Establish strong relationships with labour contractors, manpower suppliers, subcontractors, labour chowks, local recruiters, placement consultants, and workforce aggregators.
  • Develop referral-based sourcing channels to ensure a steady flow of experienced and semi-skilled manpower.
  • Maintain a verified database of reliable sourcing partners.
Extensive Field Travel
  • Travel extensively within assigned districts, blocks, villages, industrial clusters, and neighbouring regions to maximize sourcing coverage.
  • Plan efficient travel schedules to ensure optimal utilization of time and resources.
