Ltd. is a professional Health, Safety and Environment solutions company offering EHS manpower services, safety training, audits, consultancy, safety software, animation and multimedia solutions, AR/VR safety training, drone-based surveillance, and other technology-driven safety solutions to leading industrial and corporate clients.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a confident, responsible, and self-driven professional who can independently manage two important functions:
- Local project coordination for CORE EHS personnel deployed at Client Offshore locations.
- Business development for CORE EHS products and solutions across Mumbai and nearby territories.
The candidate will act as the local coordination link between Client officials, deployed personnel and the CORE EHS Corporate Office. Along with project coordination, the candidate will be responsible for generating business through regular corporate visits, lead generation, client meetings, company presentations, product demonstrations, proposal follow-ups and sales conversions.
This is a full-time combined role. Candidates must be comfortable handling both project coordination and target-driven field business development.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Coordination
- Act as the local coordination point between Client officials, CORE EHS Corporate Office and personnel deployed at different Client worksites.
- Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with concerned Client personnel.
- Coordinate the mobilization, deployment, demobilization, joining, relieving and rotation of deployed personnel.
- Coordinate documentation for personnel working during on-periods and off-periods, including timely follow-up for their return and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate the processing, renewal and closure of gate passes, site passes, security passes and other access-related requirements.
- Ensure timely collection, verification and submission of employee documents, including:
- Maintain updated trackers for pass status, document validity, deployment status, rotation schedules, pending approvals and employee movements.
- Follow up with Client officials for pending passes, documentation approvals and other project-related requirements.
- Coordinate with deployed personnel regarding attendance, duty schedules, leave, relievers, reporting requirements and administrative issues.
- Identify potential delays, shortages or documentation gaps and elevate them to the Corporate Office without delay.
- Support the submission and collection of project reports, attendance records, work certifications, billing-supporting documents and other project records whenever required.
- Attend meetings with Client officials and represent CORE EHS professionally.
- Ensure that all project-related commitments, instructions and communications are properly documented and reported.
- Provide immediate local support for urgent coordination issues affecting project operations.
B. Business Development and Corporate Sales
- Develop business opportunities for CORE EHS across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs and locations within an approximately 200 km radius.
- Focus primarily on promoting and selling ready-to-deploy products and solutions, including:
- Ready-made Safety Induction and EHS Training Content
- Ready-to-use EHS Software Solutions
- Ready-made AR/VR Safety Training Modules
- Drone Surveillance, Inspection and Safety Monitoring Solutions
- Safety Animation, Multimedia and Digital Training Solutions
- Other CORE EHS services and technology-based safety solutions
- Conduct regular personal visits to corporate offices, industrial companies, EPC organisations, construction companies, oil and gas companies, manufacturing units, infrastructure companies and other prospective clients.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers from EHS, HSE, Safety, Operations, Projects, HR, Administration, Learning and Development, Digital Transformation, IT and Procurement departments.
- Generate verified leads through field visits, references, online research, networking, existing contacts and market mapping.
- Schedule and attend client meetings independently.
- Present the CORE EHS company profile, capabilities, completed projects, products and service strengths professionally.
- Understand the clients requirements and recommend suitable CORE EHS solutions.
- Coordinate product presentations and technical demonstrations with the Corporate Office and technical team.
- Prepare and submit meeting notes, client requirements and action points immediately after every meeting.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, technical documents and commercial offers.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups until the opportunity is converted, closed or formally discontinued.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals and expected order values.
- Build and manage a healthy monthly sales pipeline.
- Support client onboarding, purchase-order coordination, execution handover and payment follow-up, wherever assigned.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, upcoming projects and potential client requirements.
- Represent CORE EHS professionally during every client visit, presentation and business interaction.
Daily and Monthly Reporting
Daily progress reporting is mandatory for this position.
The selected candidate must submit a structured Daily Progress Report covering:
- Client coordination activities completed
- Personnel and pass status
- Pending documents and approvals
- Issues requiring escalation
- Corporate offices visited
- Contact persons met
- New leads generated
- Meetings conducted or scheduled
- Presentations and demonstrations completed
- Proposals and quotations under follow-up
- Expected business opportunities
- Plan for the next working day
The candidate will also be required to participate in scheduled review meetings with the Corporate Office and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be preferred.
- Approximately 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, client coordination, corporate business development, B2B field sales or industrial solution sales.
- Experience working with oil and gas companies, PSUs, offshore projects, industrial clients, EPC companies or manpower deployment projects will be strongly preferred.
- Practical experience in gate-pass processing, personnel documentation, mobilization, demobilization or offshore/onshore workforce coordination will be an advantage.
- Experience selling EHS, industrial, software, training, AR/VR, drone, digital or technology-based solutions will be preferred.
- Must be confident in personally visiting corporate offices, meeting senior officials and presenting company capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email communication, online meetings and CRM/MIS reporting.
- Ability to prepare professional visit reports, meeting minutes and business correspondence.
- Must be disciplined, responsive and capable of working independently without continuous office supervision.
- Must maintain confidentiality while handling ONGC and company-related documents.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Mumbai and within approximately 200 km of Mumbai.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
Mandatory Location Requirement
Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and having strong familiarity with Mumbais corporate and industrial locations should apply.
CORE EHS currently does not have a separate office in Mumbai. Depending on operational requirements, the selected candidate may work from an Client -allotted office, visit Client locations, undertake client visits or work from home.
This is not a purely work-from-home or desk-based position. Regular field visits and face-to-face client meetings are essential parts of the role.
Compensation and Travel Policy
- A fixed monthly salary will be offered based on experience, capability and suitability for the role.
- Additional variable performance incentives/allowances will be paid based on achievement of defined monthly KPIs.
- A fixed monthly local travel allowance will be provided for approved travel within Mumbai.
- Approved travel outside Mumbai will be reimbursed separately as per company policy and subject to prior approval.
- Performance will be reviewed monthly based on project coordination quality, reporting discipline, lead generation, meetings, sales pipeline, order conversion and overall contribution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a mature and dependable professional who can confidently coordinate with senior Client officials, support deployed personnel, independently manage documentation and passes, and simultaneously generate business by personally meeting prospective clients.
Candidates interested only in back-office coordination, inside sales or work-from-home assignments may not be suitable for this position.
