Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited in Chennai seeks a Subject Matter Expert with 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience. You will work hands-on with SAP and advanced Excel/Power BI, while ensuring clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Role includes guiding policy, preparing audit schedules, and driving Order to Cash metrics to meet SLAs/KPIs. CA qualification and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA with OTC/receivables experience
• Strong SAP hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, receivables management, cash application, and collections
• Guide the team on policy and procedures
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors
• Drive KPI/SLAs in Order to Cash
• Lead productivity improvements and process transformations

• CA

1. Subject Matter Expert with strong understanding of receivables accounting
2. Hands on experience with SAP
3. Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI
4. Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
5. Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively.
6. Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for Accounts Receivable processes Customer invoicing (manual, automated), receivables management, cash application, collections

1. Responsible for guiding the team on matters related to policy and procedures
2. Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required.
3. Drive business metric improvement in Order to Cash area
4. Responsible for delivering on SLA/KPIs
5. Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas.
