Job summary

Kannanware in India is seeking a skilled Inspection engineer to oversee inspection of machined parts, maintain control formats, and ensure metrology compliance. The role emphasizes CMM checks, tool upkeep, calibration, and continuous improvement within a mechanical machine shop.

Applicant should have 7–10 years’ shop-floor experience, be proficient with micrometers, pi tapes, gear measurements, and carry strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical required.
• 7–10 years in a machine shop experience.
• Experience using micrometer, pi tape and bore gauges.
• Experience in gear measurements and Kaizen.
• Internal auditor ISO9001 experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and data presentation ability.

Preparation and maintenance of Control formats pertaining to machine shop.
Usage of instruments as per control plans.
Clearing machined components for further process.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

Key Position Requirements:

Education:

Job Experience:
