Job summary

Kannanware in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to oversee inspection of fabricated and machined components at supplier premises. The role involves preparing and maintaining control formats and ensuring conformance to quality plans.

You will coordinate NDT activities, raise NCs, conduct root-cause analysis and support supplier quality improvements through audits, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in fabrication shop experience.
• Experience in welder’s qualification as per ASME/ISO standards.
• Internal auditor ISO9001 experience.

Responsibilities

• Welding inspection.
• Arrange NDT check for castings and other components.
• Liaison with third-party agencies for TPI inhouse and at supplier premises.
• Calibration.
• Preparation of control charts.
• Raising NCs and conducting root cause analysis.
• Implementation of mitigation actions.

• 2 years in a machine shop
