Job summary

Global Edifice seeks a senior civil project manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential high-rise projects. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while coordinating with architects, consultants, vendors, and authorities across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on MIVAN construction experience, strong leadership, and travel readiness to ensure timely completion within safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
• Proven experience in handling high-rise residential.
• Hands-on experience with MIVAN construction technology.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and contractor management.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, architects, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and ensure timely project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
