American Chase in Indore invites applications for an Associate Trainee- Domestic Recruitment. The role supports end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, screening telephonic chats, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Freshers or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience are welcome. The position offers a hands-on learning environment, opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline, and exposure to recruitment targets in a growing IT

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DomesticRecruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and screen suitable candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely interview feedback and follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support offer coordination, candidate documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Work toward recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Eligible Degree:-MBA or a related field is preferred, Graduate - 2025 & 2026 pass out candidate
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with relevant aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring terminology.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
• Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and handle both technical and non-technical recruitment.
