Thomson Reuters in Bengaluru seeks an Associate Technical Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce and SaaS projects. You will define scope, timelines, and resources, coordinating with engineers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deployments.

You bring 10+ years in IT delivery with 5+ in Salesforce, strong leadership, and hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, Conga, and CLM. Certification emphasis and Agile fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT delivery management with at least 5+ years in Salesforce/SaaS projects.
• Hands‑on understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with Conga tools and contract lifecycle management processes.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SaaS delivery models and cloud architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges.
• Salesforce certifications or Conga & CLM Certifications or Delivery & Project Management Certifications are added advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (ADO, Jira, Confluence).
• Exposure to other SaaS platforms and integration tools.
