You will lead delivery, translate requirements into tasks, mentor teammates, and grow into a Salesforce Functional Lead/Architect, shaping quotes and ensuring successful CRM integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Commerce.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT project management, development, and active customer interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management frameworks to manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on client requirements.
• Translate raw client requirements into clear, actionable tasks and user stories, utilizing wireframing and SRS tools.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential red flags, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Plan and facilitate meetings with structured agendas, document outcomes through MOM, and track action items to closure.
• Actively learn and master Salesforce Cloud offerings through training, content, and mentorship.
• Evolve into a Salesforce Functional Lead/Architect who can scope project efforts and collaborate with the tech team to build quotations.
• Leverage past development background to grasp CRM, ERP, and API integrations, and workflows in Sales, Marketing, and Commerce.
• Serve as a seamless communication layer for international clients, interpreting needs and translating them to internal teams.
• Foster a motivated team environment, manage performance, and ensure clear paths to success.

About the Role: Concret.io is seeking a highly organized and driven Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver our Salesforce projects from our Jaipur office. This is a dynamic, hands-on role designed for a professional with a strong technical foundation who is eager to scale their career. You will learn various Salesforce Cloud offerings from both a functional consultant and administrative perspective, acting as the crucial bridge between international clients and our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management

• Methodology Execution: Apply the right project management frameworks to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on client requirements.
• Requirement Architecture: Translate raw client requirements into clear, actionable tasks and user stories, utilizing wireframing and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) tools.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential red flags, and implement mitigation strategies to head off obstacles early
• Meeting Governance: Plan and facilitate meetings with structured agendas, document outcomes through timely Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure accountability by tracking action items to closure. Technical & Functional Leadership:
• Salesforce Upskilling: Actively learn and master Salesforce Cloud offerings through training, content, and mentorship.
• Functional Architecture: Evolve into a Salesforce Functional Lead/Architect who can speak the Salesforce lingo, accurately scope project efforts, and collaborate with the tech team to build client quotations.
• Technical Integration: Leverage your past development background to easily grasp CRM, ERP, and API integrations, as well as workflows within Sales, Marketing, and Commerce domains. Stakeholder & People Management
• Client Communication: Serve as a seamless communication layer for international clients, interpreting their unique needs and translating them effectively to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.

Leadership Track Record:

3 to 6 years of experience in the IT field, including direct project management, development work, and active customer interactions.

Technical Background:

Prior hands-on software development experience in any technology is mandatory to assist in rapid Salesforce upskilling.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong emotional intelligence, and a knack for mentoring and coaching rising technical talent.
