Job summary

Mastek in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations. The role is hybrid (3 days from office) and requires coordinating Dev, QA, BA and Architecture teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, deliver demos, and use Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and AI-powered tools to streamline reporting. Prior experience in scaled Agile environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Experience in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is required.
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must have solid experience of working in Scaled Agile Methodology.
• Must be ready to work from office for at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of technical projects -from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage ceremonies - without being confined to a Scrum Master role.
• Presentation & Reporting: Create presentations and dashboards to communicate status, progress, and outcomes to leadership in the form of PSRs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
• Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., SAFe, CSM or other Agile Certifications)
