Job summary

Integration InfoTech India P Ltd. in Pune (Onsite) seeks an Associate Team Lead for US IT recruitment to manage and mentor a delivery team serving Fortune 500/1000 clients.

You will lead candidate sourcing, handle offers and onboarding, and own day-to-day requisition delivery for US-based roles, working on a night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in US IT recruitment with at least 2 years in leadership, experience with MSP or direct clients, and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of US IT recruitment with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience placing IT professionals in US MSP or Direct Client setups.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens/GCs only.
• Proficient with Monster, CareerBuilder; strong Boolean logic.
• LinkedIn sourcing is mandatory; excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for Fortune 500/1000 US clients.
• Source candidates via internet, headhunting, referrals and events to deliver 'Perfect-Match' candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Take ownership of overall delivery and day-to-day execution of job requisitions for customers.

Responsibilities include

• Recruiting candidates for our direct fortune 500 / 1000 clients in US.
• Sourcing 'Perfect-match" candidates utilizing the internet, headhunt, referrals, networking events and other non-conventional sourcing methods to deliver 'Perfect-Match' candidates.
• Offer negotiations and on boarding.
