Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies that enhance the experience for blue collar workers, ensuring a personalized approach to project-based job opportunities.
• Works closely with the clients' hiring teams, ensuring all KPIs and SLA requirements regarding order-based sourcing and talent conversion from passive candidates are met.
• Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process for passive and active candidates, considering blue-collar workers with limited online presence.
• Stays informed of industry best practices and trends in the career/hiring space of blue-collar placements, continually assessing where Randstad can tap into project-based jobs.
• Leads sourcing activities/projects and drives to meet the key metrics goals as set by leadership, focusing on proactive engagement and headhunting of passive talent.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manages candidates and ensures that the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for clients' short-term engagements.
• SLA & KPI Management: track the team's daily and monthly hiring targets, ensuring candidates move through hiring stages quickly and efficiently.
• Capacity & Demand Planning: look at incoming hiring requests and assign work to your team fairly, handling sudden rushes of new job openings.
• Upskilling & Mentorship: coach and train team members to improve sourcing skills, teaching them how to find hard‑to‑reach tech professionals.
• Advanced Sourcing Frameworks: build smart plans to find passive candidates for complex IT roles like Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
• AI & Tech Stack Optimization: guide the team on how to best use modern recruitment tools, databases, and AI sourcing technology to work faster and smarter.
• Process Agility & Continuous Improvement: find ways to fix delays or blockers in the sourcing process so everything runs smoothly and quickly.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: work closely with Kyndryl’s hiring managers, sharing updates regularly, building strong relationships, and ensuring expectations are met.
• Quality Assurance: check the quality of candidates your team finds to ensure only the best‑vetted profiles are sent to the client.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines.
• Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders.
• Responsible for end results of the team.
• Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Solves problems guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance from manager.
