• Manages candidate communications, guides them through the interview process and provides them updates on their application status on their short-term job application

• Maintains real-time updates in the candidate tracking system, maintaining a comprehensive overview of talent for small to mid-sized clients

• Assists in drafting and sharing specialized job descriptions for operational roles on job boards, social media, and niche recruitment channels that engage both active and passive talent

• Participates in job fairs and industry-specific events to proactively source passive talent and build candidate pools aligned with operational expertise with limited online presence

• Manages and updates job postings accurately, for both immediate and short-term placements opportunities
