Job summary

Tata Nexarc, part of the Tata Group, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring across functions in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

You will drive active sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing; partner with hiring managers on role clarity and assessments; manage screening, interviews, offers and joining, with immediate joiners prioritized.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR required; post-graduation mandatory.
• Experience in end-to-end hiring across functions.
• Immediate/early joiners prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and diverse skill sets.
• Drive hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Hire across Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Corporate Functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers on role understanding, talent mapping, assessment, and timely closures
• Independently manage screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining conversion
• Build proactive pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring roles
• Deliver closures within defined TATs, budgets, and compensation guidelines
• Track hiring metrics, offer dropouts, and joining risks; maintain accurate TA MIS
• Manage multiple mandates simultaneously with high ownership in a fast-paced environment
