Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate - Tech Hiring to join its TA team in India. The role emphasizes end-to-end technology recruitment, bulk hiring, and proactive sourcing across multiple tech domains.

You will partner with hiring managers, lead volume hiring drives, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate - Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.




• Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.




• Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.




• Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets.




• Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives.




• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.




• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.




• Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.




• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.




• Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.




• Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.




• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , with strong exposure to Technology hiring.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment.




• Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate pipeline building.




• Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for technology roles.




• Experience in planning and managing hiring drives.




• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.




• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.




• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.




• Experience working in a fast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environment would be preferred.
