Job summary

Paytm is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in tech hiring and high-volume recruitment. You will own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles, source candidates across multiple channels, and partner with hiring managers to close openings efficiently.

The role requires managing multiple positions, driving bulk hiring drives, and maintaining recruitment metrics. Flexibility in working options is offered as Paytm aims to enable versatile work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with focus on Tech roles.
• Hands-on experience hiring for technology roles in volume/fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing multiple tech requirements simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Good candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles across levels and skill sets.
• Manage volume hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.
• Coordinate bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and weekend drives as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent.
• Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback tracking and follow-ups.
• Manage offer discussions and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and dashboards.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in Tech Hiring and volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across technology roles, managing multiple positions simultaneously, and delivering on high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles across various levels and skill sets.
• Manage volume hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.
• Coordinate and manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and weekend hiring drives as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant tech talent.
• Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback tracking and candidate follow-ups.

Key Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech Hiring.
• Hands-on experience hiring for technology roles in a volume / fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Experience handling multiple tech requirements simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of technology roles and basic technical skill requirements.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing hiring drives and bulk recruitment initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with tight timelines and manage high-volume hiring targets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
