Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in India to own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business roles, with a focus on BFSI/Fintech hiring. You will drive volume hiring, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years of TA experience, strong analytics, and hands-on use of HRIS tools. You will build robust talent pipelines, ensuring time-to-hire SLAs and cost controls while supporting business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/Fintech
• Experience in Sales, Business, and Volume Hiring is a plus
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing expertise
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Good analytical, reporting, and dashboard management capabilities
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HRIS platforms

Responsibilities

• Build strong talent pipelines through portals, referrals, and social channels
• Leverage recruitment analytics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes
• Ensure adherence to SLAs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios
• Build relationships with HR stakeholders and business leaders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale recruitment processes
• Lead and motivate Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals
