Job summary

Infinite in Noida is seeking an IT Support professional to handle L1 user queries, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS on desktops/laptops, and assist users with IT systems. Training will be provided for 3 months with a stipend during the period.

Role requires 24/7 night shift in rotation, residency from Noida or nearby areas, and a 2-year service agreement with an exit clause of ₹2,00,000.

Qualifications

Job Details:-

• Location: Noida
• Salary: 3.6LPA( Post Probation Period )
• Joining Time: Immediate
• Training Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend during Training: 18,000 per month
• Service Agreement: 2 Years, 2,00,000 exit clause
• Residency Criteria: Candidates must be from Noida or nearby areas
• Shift:- 24/7 Rotational Shifts( Night Shift)

• Implement, maintain, and support desktop IT hardware including but not limited to telephones, desktop computers, printers.
• Answer calls from users, creating tickets and resolving issues.
• Remotely Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and any other authorized desktop applications on Laptops/Desktops.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Basic L1 level queries for the users
• Provide assistance and training to users on information technology systems.
• Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications issues
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge for internet/LAN and WAN Connectivity issues
• Understanding on Azure.
• When the restoration is beyond the scope of the support
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers & related computer hardware.
• Customize & configure desktop hardware to meet specifications and business standards
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills (Technical writing and Documentation of Infrastructure)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
• Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be willing to work in rotation shifts.
