Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, seeks an Associate Staff Engineer to advance ServiceNow solutions focused on Source to Pay and ITSM. You will design, develop, and integrate complex workflows, portals, and UI components within enterprise environments.

With 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, you will collaborate with global teams, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable platform enhancements across locations, while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience in ServiceNow S2P and ITSM modules
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal and UI Builder
• Experience designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
• Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations with third‑party and enterprise applications
• Hands-on scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions)
• Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience in developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting ServiceNow components
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules is a plus
• ITIL knowledge is preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 4+years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules

• Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications
• Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to support business processes
• Develop platform capabilities using ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Build and enhance user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder
• Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required
• Perform component integration testing and ensure quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery
• Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable ServiceNow implementations
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities
