Job summary

Digitap.ai is seeking a proactive Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment between engineering, sales, and customer success.

You will coordinate stakeholders, implement Agile practices, manage risks, prepare BRDs and SOWs, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic understanding of APIs, AI/ML concepts, or fintech workflows is a plus.
• PMP/CSM certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business teams for alignment.
• Agile & Scrum Implementation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to
oversee the execution of fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment,
and seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure,
ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business
teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Agile & Scrum Implementation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for
tech teams (if applicable).
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement mitigation
strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation (BRDs, SOWs, Change tracker,
progress reports) and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements,
provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices to enhance
efficiency
•Supporting Key business processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
