Job summary

JobItUs in India seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution in a high-growth FinTech domain. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of experience, with 4–5 years as a PM in FinTech/SaaS/BFSI, and strong skills in SDLC, Agile, stakeholder management, and leadership. PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; certifications welcomed.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of total experience with 4-5 years as a Project Manager in FinTech, SaaS, or BFSI.
• Proven experience delivering web/mobile projects with SDLC and Agile.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Define scope and objectives, engaging stakeholders from inception.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using PM tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, product, marketing, and operations.

Role Overview

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams in a high-growth FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects, maintaining tight adherence to scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Define clear project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders from inception.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using leading project management tools.
• Coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams including technology, product, marketing, and operations.
• Manage risks proactively, resolve issues promptly, and minimize project impact.
• Ensure resource availability, effective allocation, and timely onboarding for project success.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Champion adherence to quality standards, compliance mandates, and robust documentation at every stage.
• Drive structured post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 8-10+ years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years as a Project Manager in the FinTech, SaaS, or BFSI sector.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving web/mobile technologies (experience with Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search is a plus).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
