Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to oversee the execution of fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product and business teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Agile Scrum Implementation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives for tech teams (if applicable).
• Risk Dependency Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Documentation Reporting: Maintain project documentation (BRDs, SOWs, Change tracker, progress reports) and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting key business processes to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in FinTech, SaaS or BFSI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic understanding of APIs, AI/ML concepts or fintech workflows is a plus.
• PMP/CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
