Job summary

Tanisha Systems in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead cross-functional software development projects from planning through delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum leadership, and proven experience delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate with engineering, product, QA, design, and business stakeholders and drive delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 710 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager in Machine Learning & AI projects.
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience delivering SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with global teams and US stakeholders.
