Job summary

Sarvodaya Hospital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development and AI projects. You will plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives with emphasis on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, hands-on Agile experience, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams. MCA or PM certifications are preferred, with 5–8 years of experience. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or AI-integrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption and effective usage of modern tools and AI-enabled platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership for strategic planning and project prioritization.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement in processes.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully managed multiple software development projects and possesses strong exposure to modern digital tools and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction and should be able to use AI for managing below responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Area:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI/ML or digital transformation projects.
• MCA & PMP / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
• Technical background or prior software development exposure is an advantage.
