Job summary

Simplilearn in Bangalore (HSR Layout) is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive the end-to-end learner experience across our online programs for the US region. You will manage learner engagement, onboarding, and program delivery while coordinating with instructors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years in Customer Success, Program Operations, or EdTech, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Operations, EdTech or Online Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed/US learners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner engagement, onboarding, and program delivery.
• Handle learner concerns, escalations, and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor cohort performance, retention, completion, CSAT/NPS, and TAT.
• Identify at-risk learners and drive proactive interventions.
• Coordinate with instructors and cross-functional teams.
• Manage program tools such as LMS, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.
• Ensure smooth execution of learner-facing program operations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance learner experience.
