Job summary

Juspay is seeking an Associate Program Manager to help drive growth within our payments and lending ecosystem. You will work closely with strategy & growth managers to shape product and business expansion.

This role offers exposure to fintech, payments partnerships and cross-functional work with business, engineering and product teams, while coordinating merchant integrations and program initiatives for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced strategy & growth managers, gain exposure to fintech and financial services, and contribute directly to Juspay’s key initiatives for product and business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to understand merchant’s product and business requirements.
• Should be able to drive merchant integration with support and integration teams.
• Good with handling multiple projects of varying scales.
• Co-ordinate with merchants to align and drive the project from a strategic point.
• Handling merchant issues and a basic level of escalation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve merchant issues
• Handling Reconciliation and Invoicing process
• Should be able to support business team during integration and post integration

• Proven experience in managing programs / Projects (Min 3+ years of Experience)
• Strong process orientation, ability to find efficient solutions and automate tasks.
• Ability to work with various domains- business, engineering, and product.
• Ability to deep dive into problems, strong analytical skills.
• Self motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment, and constantly looking for improving the process
• Able to understand business and technical aspects, at least on a basic level
• Basic understanding of the payments and lending landscape, with exposure to banking or fintech partnerships preferred.
• Proven capability in external stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fintech environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling day-to-day operational tasks and managing documentation.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to dive into new challenges
