Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and document business and product requirements (PRDs, BRDs, user stories)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Analyse customer feedback and identify enhancement opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
• Support go-to-market planning and product launches

• Chargeback lifecycle management.
• Reconciliation and GL accounting.
• Risks of manual processes and automation opportunities.

Technical & Regulatory

• Strong understanding of UPI, API integration, merchant acquiring platforms.
• Familiarity with NPCI circulars, RBI compliance, and audit requirements.
