DeHaat is seeking an Associate Product Manager for AI-powered products and enterprise solutions in India. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating with engineering, data science, operations, supply chain, and business teams to build scalable products addressing real agricultural challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-native products and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities with partners and stakeholders and prioritize features.
• Write PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track KPIs including adoption, engagement, revenue impact, SLA adherence, and CSAT.
• Drive product discovery through user research, field visits, and data analysis.
• Leverage AI technologies to build innovative solutions for farmers and enterprise customers.
• Partner with engineering to manage releases and ensure timely delivery.
• Present updates and insights to leadership and external stakeholders.

As an Associate Product Manager - AI Products, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of DeHaat's AI-powered products and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, operations, supply chain, and business teams to build scalable products that solve real-world agricultural challenges.

This is a high-ownership role requiring a blend of product thinking, technical depth, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for translating customer and partner needs into product requirements, prioritizing features, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

A key focus area will be building and scaling AI-native products, leveraging LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics, and data-driven automation to enhance farmer experiences and enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from problem discovery and requirement gathering to launch and adoption.
• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-native products and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, revenue impact, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive experimentation and product discovery through user research, field visits, and data analysis.
• Leverage AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and automation workflows, to build innovative solutions for farmers and enterprise customers.
• Partner with engineering teams to manage product releases, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Present product updates, roadmap progress, and insights to leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• B.Tech / B.E. from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS or equivalent) preferred. MBA from a Tier-1 business school is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills - hands-on with SQL, advanced Excel, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, or similar). Python is a plus.
• Solid technical acumen - able to engage credibly with engineering on architecture and trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication - structured thinking, crisp writing, and an ability to influence senior leaders.
• Customer obsession - willingness to spend time in the field with farmers and retailers.
• Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and modern product development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or managing AI-powered products, automation solutions, recommendation systems, or data products.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Agritech, Supply Chain, Financial Services, or Enterprise Software.
• Exposure to product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale platform products.
