Job summary

Xto10x is seeking a Product Manager who can drive 0-to-1 AI product initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes across the Product Studio and Nerve Center.

You will own full lifecycle from problem framing to GTM, engage with engineers and researchers, and incubate new AI ventures within a 12–18 month framework.

This role demands shipping AI/ML/GenAI products with real users and a strong GTM instinct in a fast-moving, enterprise-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience with at least one 0-to-1 ownership story.
• Proven experience shipping AI, ML, or GenAI products in production.
• Ability to engage with engineers and researchers on architecture and data pipelines.
• Strong GTM instinct including pricing, positioning and validation.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Our client is the apex AI body of one of India's largest and most respected conglomerates, with a dual mandate: to drive enterprise AI deployment across a diverse portfolio of group businesses, and to build a frontier AI research lab with global ambitions.

The organisation is structured around three pillars a Group Nerve Center that acts as an advisory and build partner for internal businesses; a Product Studio that incubates B2B and B2C AI-led ventures and an Applied Research Vertical focused on translating research into deployable solutions across group and external markets. The long-term vision is to build a globally relevant AI institution anchored in deep research, applied engineering, and venture creation.

THE ROLE

We are looking for Product Manager who can operate with a demonstrated 0-to-1 instinct, strong cross-functional execution, and the intellectual range to work across the Product Studio and Nerve Center mandates. This is not a feature PM role. The right candidates will have shipped AI products with real users and measurable outcomes, and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity at the pace an early-stage institution demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full product lifecycle from problem definition and roadmap to GTM, launch, and iteration — for AI-led products and features
• Translate research and engineering capabilities into user-facing products and measurable business outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams
• Define and track product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and success criteria for AI systems
• Engage directly with enterprise clients or end users to surface insights that sharpen the roadmap
• Contribute to the operating playbook for AI deployment across group businesses (Nerve Center mandate)
• Incubate and validate new AI-led ventures within the 12–18 month Product Studio framework

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4–6 years of product management experience, with at least one clear 0-to-1 ownership story
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI, ML, or GenAI products in production — not just prototypes
• Comfort with technical depth: ability to engage credibly with engineers and researchers on architecture, latency trade-offs, model evaluation, or data pipelines
• Strong GTM instinct — understanding of pricing, positioning, and commercial validation
• Track record of working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLM pipelines, RAG systems, or MCP toolkits
• Founder or founding team experience — startups, internal ventures, or 0-to-1 product charters
• Experience building AI trust and safety frameworks: hallucination guardrails, confidence scoring, source attribution
• Ability to prototype rapidly using modern AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma MCP, Bolt, etc.)
• Prior exposure to enterprise AI deployment, platform products, or multi-sided marketplace dynamics
