Job summary

Dexian India seeks a hands-on senior product leader to own an end-to-end agri-tech platform portfolio, combining product vision with deep engineering ownership. The role is a hands-on leader in a lean environment, leveraging AI-driven development to accelerate innovation.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, features, engineering execution, and releases across multi-client configurations, balancing standardization with customization in a single codebase.

Qualifications

• Must have product-based company experience.
• Proven ownership of Product Vision and Engineering Delivery.
• End-to-end product lifecycle and release management.
• Experience with multi-tenant / SaaS platforms.
• Strong architectural and engineering decision-making.
• Hands-on in lean/startup environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive execution.
• Experience building single codebase with configurable client layers.
• Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, GIS, data platforms is a plus.

Own and drive the end-to-end product portfolio (AgriTech + Digital Platforms) with full accountability for product vision, engineering execution, and releases.

This is a hands-on leadership (player-coach) role in a lean environment, combining product thinking with deep engineering ownership to build scalable, multi-client platforms. The role requires a builder mindset, leveraging AI-driven development approaches to accelerate innovation.

Role Ownership (Clear Accountability):

• Owns: Product Vision, Roadmap, Features, Engineering Execution, Releases
• Owns: Engineering team outcomes (quality, timelines, scalability)
• Drives: Architecture for single codebase with multi-client configuration
• Balances: Core product integrity vs client-specific customization

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own product vision across AgriTech and digital platforms
• Identify market/customer needs and convert into product opportunities
• Drive feature prioritization and roadmap
• Align product direction with business outcomes and scalability
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution
• Translate requirements into features, specs, and sprint outcomes
• Own engineering execution, architecture direction, and delivery
• Build scalable, modular, multi-tenant systems
• Ensure customizations do not fragment product architecture

4. Release, Versioning & Deployment

• Own release planning, versioning, and deployment strategy
• Manage multi-client deployments and upgrades
• Drive release governance, predictability, and quality
• Engage with customers, field users, and domain experts
• Balance standardization vs customization
• Operate in a lean team with high ownership
• Act as Product Manager + Engineering Leader + Release Owner
• Drive execution without dependency on large hierarchies

7. AI-Driven Product Acceleration

• Use Agentic AI / GenAI for:
• Testing, documentation, releases

Must-Have Requirements:

• Product-based company experience (mandatory)
• Proven ownership of Product Vision + Engineering Delivery
• Strong experience in:
• End-to-end product lifecycle
• Release management, versioning, deployments
• Multi-tenant / SaaS / platform-based systems
• Strong technical depth (architecture + engineering decisions)
• Experience building single codebase with configurable client layers
• Hands-on in lean/startup environments
• Strong stakeholder and execution capabilities
