Venture Catalysts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate to help grow its platform, startup ecosystem and programs in Bengaluru.

You will work with the Platform Lead and investment team to translate ideas into executable initiatives, building relationships with founders, investors and ecosystem partners. You will plan events and programs, manage deal-flow pipelines, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, community, ecosystem, events, founder relations or startup programs.
• Strong understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
• Proven ability to independently execute initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Startup, VC, accelerator or ecosystem experience is a plus.

The Platform Associate will help build Venture Catalysts++’s ecosystem through partnerships, founder programs, events, and ecosystem intelligence. The role involves working closely with the Platform Lead and investment team to drive initiatives from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with founders, investors, AI labs, corporates and ecosystem partners

Plan and execute founder events, roundtables, dinners and programs

Manage ecosystem, partnership and deal-flow pipelines

Track startup ecosystem trends and identify relevant opportunities

Support brand, GTM and strategic ecosystem initiatives

Represent Venture Catalysts++ at key startup and technology events

Requirements
