Associate/Sr. Associate – Programs

Organization: TiE Hyderabad (The Indus Entrepreneurs, Hyderabad Chapter)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Associate/Sr. Associate – Programs to drive the planning, implementation, and management of TiE Hyderabad’s programs and initiatives.

Program Planning & Execution
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute TiE Hyderabad programs in coordination with Program Chairs and Committees.
  • Develop program calendars, timelines, and execution plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including logistics, participant management, and on-ground coordination.
  • Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to timelines, budgets, and participant experience.
Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement
  • Coordinate with members, speakers, mentors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders for program delivery.
  • Support sponsor/partner engagement by ensuring delivery of agreed benefits and program visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with startups, ecosystem partners, and institutions relevant to program objectives.
  • Participate in program strategy discussions and contribute ideas for new initiatives or program improvements.
  • Conduct basic research, benchmarking, and content curation to strengthen program design.
  • Identify relevant themes, speakers, mentors, and partners aligned with TiE’s focus areas.
Documentation, Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare program proposals, presentations, meeting notes, and communication material.
  • Maintain program databases, participant records, and stakeholder information.
  • Develop post-program reports, impact summaries, and periodic updates for leadership.
  • Track program KPIs and support measurement of outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in program management, events, community operations, or ecosystem roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
  • Experience in event coordination or stakeholder management will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the startup, innovation, or entrepreneurial ecosystem is preferred.

  • Experience working with industry associations, incubators, startups, or community platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
