Nutrabay is seeking an Associate - People Success (AI Analyst) to partner with the Head of HR on high-leverage strategic projects and automate core HR processes. You will build scalable systems, leverage AI tools, and drive organizational efficiency in a rapidly growing health-tech startup.

This role emphasizes Owning end-to-end initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, and translating data into actionable people insights to soution strategic outcomes.

• Audit and automate HR workflows using no-code, low-code, or internal scripts.

• Experiment with AI agents/workflows to streamline sourcing and policy navigation.
• Drive People Success as HRBP and support strategic enablement for the workforce.
• Support PMS processes in collaboration with Head of HR.

Job Role: Associate - People Success (AI Analyst)

As a People Success Associate (AI Native), you won't be doing routine coordination or organizing meaningless fun activities. You will work directly with the Head of HR on high-leverage strategic projects, core process automations, and building systems that enable a high-performing organization. If you view this world as a tech product, this role is for you. Think of it as a Founder's Office/AI Analyst role in the HR function.

What will you do?

• Process Automation: Audit existing HR workflows (onboarding, performance loops, internal communications) and automate them using no-code, low-code, or vibe coding tools.
• People Analytics: Dive into team metrics, attrition signals, and performance data to extract actionable insights- not just passive reports.
• Strategic Projects: Support the Head of HR in designing incentive structures, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• AI Integration: Experiment with, and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline candidate sourcing, internal query resolution, and policy navigation.
• HRBP Responsibilities: Drive people success as HRBP and work on strategic enablement for the workforce
• Performance Management: Drive PMS with the Head of HR
