Job summary

Nutrabay is hiring a Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations to own the product vision for warehouse, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment tech. You will drive discovery, define roadmaps, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Design, QA, and external vendors to ship scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of Product Management experience in e‑commerce, logistics, or supply‑chain SaaS.
  • Owns operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact evaluation.
  • Data‑driven with strong problem solving and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Understands warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply‑chain tech.
  • Identify high‑impact problems based on value, impact, scalability, and engineering effort.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Eng, Design, QA, and external partners to build scalable solutions.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and validate requirements using data and feedback.
  • Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Define edge cases, dependencies, and fallback scenarios; own UAT and rollout.

Job Role: Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

You should apply if you have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
  • Experience owning operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact measurement.
  • Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, QA, and external technology partners.
  • A data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization.
  • Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, or supply-chain workflows.
You should not apply if you:
  • Are looking primarily for an integration coordination or project coordination role rather than end-to-end product ownership.
  • Prefer working only on requirements provided by stakeholders without independently identifying and solving problems.
  • Are uncomfortable working closely with Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Prefer building manual processes instead of scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Do not enjoy working with complex operational workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.

What will you do?
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply-chain technology.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact operational problems based on business value, customer impact, operational impact, scalability, and engineering effort.
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Customer Support, Business, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to understand problems and build scalable solutions.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and validate requirements using operational data, user feedback, and process analysis.
  • Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and detailed product requirements.
  • Define edge cases, dependencies, exception flows, and fallback scenarios.
  • Own UAT and ensure products work effectively in real operational scenarios.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA through development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
  • Work with external WMS, logistics, courier, and supply-chain technology partners.
  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, risks, and progress to leadership and operational teams.
  • Drive initiatives across areas such as:
    • Multi-warehouse order allocation
    • Inventory reservation and ATP
    • WMS workflows
    • Inventory synchronization and reconciliation
    • EDD and delivery promise
    • Shipment tracking
    • NDR/RTO workflows
    • Darkstore fulfillment
    • Warehouse productivity tools
    • Returns and inventory restoration
    • Supply-chain automation

Work Experience: 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
