Gallagher in India is seeking entry-level professionals to serve as the voice of customers, collecting client feedback and relaying insights to internal teams. The role emphasizes learning the technical aspects of Gallagher's offerings and aiding troubleshooting while following standard procedures.

As an entry para-professional, you will perform basic routine tasks under close supervision, contributing to customer loyalty and service excellence within a global context.

Responsibilities:

Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization. They play a crucial role in creating customer loyaltyand retention. Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot. Incumbents at this level are entry para-professional who have little or no prior knowledge/experience. They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters. They follow basic written and oral instructions. They work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.
