Purpose/Objective
To ensure the safety and security of club members, guests, employees, assets, and facilities by implementing effective security measures, monitoring day-to-day security operations, managing security personnel, and maintaining a safe and secure environment across the club premises.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Security Operations - Manage and supervise daily security operations across club premises, including entry/exit points, parking areas, recreational facilities, banquet spaces, and guest areas.
- - Monitor access control systems and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- - Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and operational risks.
- - Ensure proper visitor management and adherence to club security policies.
- Surveillance & Monitoring - Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment for effective surveillance.
- - Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- - Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement authorities when required.
- - Ensure timely escalation of security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
- Safety & Emergency Response - Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and fire-related situations.
- - Support emergency evacuation procedures and crowd management during events.
- - Ensure readiness of emergency response equipment and security infrastructure.
- - Conduct periodic mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Team Management - Supervise deployed security guards and outsourced security staff.
- - Prepare duty rosters and manage shift allocations.
- - Conduct security briefings and on-the-job training sessions.
- - Monitor security staff performance and ensure discipline and professional conduct.
- Club & Hospitality Security - Ensure safety and security arrangements during club events, functions, banquets, and VIP visits.
- - Coordinate with event management teams for security planning and crowd control.
- - Maintain a guest-friendly approach while enforcing security standards.
- - Protect members’ privacy and ensure a high level of service orientation.
- Compliance & Documentation - Maintain security records, incident logs, investigation reports, and visitor records.
- - Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and statutory requirements.

- 1. Resort (24/7 Hotel Wing - 55 Keys) & Guest Privacy - 24/7 In-House Guest Safety: Oversee round-the-clock surveillance of resort accommodation corridors, guest baggage screening, key-card access audits, and safe escorting of late-night single female travelers / families.
- - Discreet Luxury Protocol: Balance strict security measures with high-touch hospitality etiquette (avoiding an intrusive or overly aggressive demeanor with staying guests and high-net-worth members).
- - Female Guard Deployment: Ensure dedicated deployment and oversight of female security personnel.
- 2. VIP / Dignitary Protocols & Private Bodyguard (PSO) Management - PSO & Escort Vehicle Protocols: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for private security officers (PSOs), armed bodyguards, and drivers of VIP guests (designated waiting areas, weapon declarations/safety, preventing armed escorts from overcrowding member lounges or Imperial Chambers).
- - VVIP Movement Itinerary: Coordinate secure, discreet entry and exit corridors for high-profile business leaders, celebrities, and government dignitaries visiting the Imperial Chambers.
- 3. Gujarat State-Specific Regulatory & Permit Room Compliance - Permit Room & Liquor Security: Enforce strict adherence to Gujarat Prohibition and Excise Department regulations at the permit shop/beverage areas (verifying guest permit documentation, 24/8 unedited CCTV archival compliance, preventing unauthorized consumption or illicit transport).
- - Police Liaisoning & Event NOCs: Liaise with local police stations, traffic authorities, and civic bodies for event sound permissions, midnight wedding crowd control, foreign national C-Form reporting, and VIP movement intimation.
- - PSARA & Agency Compliance: Ensure the outsourced security partner strictly adheres to the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA), minimum wages, PF/ESI, and complete police background verification of all deployed guards.
- 4. Large-Scale Banquet Event, Traffic & Valet Management Belvedere hosts massive lawn weddings and corporate golf tournaments.
- - Mega-Event Crowd & Traffic Flow: Design and execute dynamic traffic diversion, coach parking, and valet parking systems during peak outdoor lawn banquets (handling 1,000–3,000+ event visitors without congesting member club parking).
- - Anti-Tailgating & Entry Validation: Deploy temporary frisking booths, metal detectors (DFMD/HHMD), and boom-barrier controls during high-density social functions.
- 5. Internal Loss Prevention, Stores & Asset Protection High-value inventory (liquor, golf machinery, golf pro shop goods, kitchen perishables) requires strict internal theft controls.
- - Dock & Receiving Security: Supervise the material receiving dock, verifying goods against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans to prevent pilferage.
- - Gate Pass Management: Strictly govern Returnable (RGP) and Non-Returnable (NRGP) Material Gate Passes for items leaving the estate.
- - Contractor & Casual Labor Control: Implement biometric/temporary RFID pass issuance and bag frisking protocols at the staff entry/time office for 150+ daily outsourced personnel and banquet casuals.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Certification/Diploma in Security Management, Industrial Security, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates with an Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force) background will be given preference.
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, emergency response procedures, and safety compliance requirements is desirable.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, incident reporting systems, email communication, and security monitoring software).
