Job summary

Uffizio India Software Consultants seeks an IT Support Technician to manage and maintain our local networks, hardware, and software systems across the office environment.

You will install and configure software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security measures such as antivirus updates and firewall configurations are in place. The role requires good communication to assist non-technical staff and independent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc).
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Good communication to assist non-technical staff.
